Our Story
Passion for Music. Built on Vinyl.
Founded in 1999, Intense Records was created with a simple goal: to provide music fans with access to great records and exceptional service.
What began as a specialist music retailer has grown into a trusted destination for customers across the UK and beyond. Throughout the changes in the music industry, we've remained committed to supporting physical music formats and helping customers find records they'll enjoy for years to come.
Now offering 2 shops based in Chelmsford, Essex, we've built our reputation through specialist knowledge, competitive pricing and a genuine passion for music culture. Whether you're a seasoned collector searching for a rare pressing or someone buying their very first record, we're here to help.
