Welcome to the Intense Records Record Box
Welcome to the Intense Records Record Box – the easy way to secure the records you want now and have them shipped together when you're ready.
Just like putting records aside behind the counter in our shop, Record Box lets you buy records as you find them, keep them safely held with us, and combine multiple purchases into one shipment later.
Perfect for new releases, limited editions, pre-orders and those times when you know you'll be back for more.
How Record Box Works
1. Buy your records as normal
Add the records you want to your basket and head to checkout.
When choosing your delivery method, select Record Box – Buy Now, Ship Later.
You'll pay for your records immediately, so once you've completed checkout they're yours.
You don't pay the delivery charge yet.
Keep adding to your Record Box
See something else you want tomorrow, next week or when the next batch of releases drops?
No problem.
Simply place another order and choose Record Box – Buy Now, Ship Later again at checkout.
We'll keep your eligible orders safely held so you can build up your Record Box over time.
3. We'll let you know when your records are ready
Your Record Box can include items that are ready now as well as pre-orders and other records that aren't available for dispatch yet.
We'll keep track of what's ready and what's still waiting to arrive or reach its release date.
You can view your held orders and their status from your Record Box / Order Summary page.
4. Ship your Record Box when you're ready
When you're ready for your records, visit your Record Box / Order Summary page.
Choose the available orders you want us to send and continue to checkout.
You'll then pay the delivery charge for the combined shipment rather than paying postage separately every time you buy.
We'll release your selected orders, pack them together and get your records on their way.
Why use Record Box?
Secure records before they sell out
Pay for the record when you find it without having to ship it immediately.

Combine purchases made over several days or weeks into one shipment.
Perfect for regular buyers
If you're checking our new releases regularly, you don't need to pay delivery every time you spot something you want.
Great for pre-orders

You're in control
Decide which available orders you want to ship and when you want us to send them.
Record Box Order Status
When you view your Record Box, your purchases may have different statuses depending on whether they're ready to leave us.
Waiting / Held
Your order is safely in your Record Box but isn't being dispatched yet. This may include a pre-order or an item we're waiting to receive.
Ready to Ship
Your records are available and can be included in your next Record Box shipment.
Dispatching
You've requested shipment and we're getting your records ready to send.
Shipped
Your Record Box has left us and is on its way to you.
Important: Record Box Shipping Isn't Free Shipping
Selecting Record Box – Buy Now, Ship Later means you're choosing to pay for delivery later, not that delivery is automatically free.
You pay for your records when you place each order. When you're ready to ship your Record Box, we'll calculate the delivery charge for the records you've chosen to send and you'll pay it before they're dispatched.
Any applicable Intense Records free-delivery offers will be shown when you arrange your shipment.
