How It Works
1. Get in Touch
Send us as much information as you can, including: photos of the collection, approximate number of records, genres or artists included and your location.
2. We'll Assess the Collection
We'll review the information and let you know whether we're interested. We may ask for a few more photos if needed.
3. Receive an Offer
If the collection is suitable, we'll make you a fair, competitive offer based on the condition, rarity and current demand for the records.
4. Collection or Drop-Off
Depending on the size and location of the collection, you can either: Bring it into one of our Chelmsford stores, or arrange for us to visit and purchase the collection at your home. If you are driving, you can pull up outside our Viaduct Road store with 1 hour of free parking.

Before You Get in Touch
We generally don't buy records that are badly scratched, mouldy or water damaged, as their condition significantly affects their value. Original pressings, limited editions and well-looked-after collections often achieve the best prices. Unless you're experienced, we recommend not cleaning your records before contacting us, as incorrect cleaning can sometimes reduce their value. To help us focus on the music our customers are looking for, we are no longer purchasing records released before the 1960s, classical music or easy listening records.
