Delivery Information
UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on location and will be displayed during checkout.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applicable in their country.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, release days or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are not yet available for immediate dispatch.
Release dates are supplied by record labels, distributors and manufacturers and may be subject to change.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available for dispatch.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returning Unwanted Items
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund where required.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account once processed.
