Some records never leave a DJ’s wants list. Originals get played hard, clean copies become harder to find, and the tracks themselves lose none of their power. For the 35th Anniversary, Suburban Base Records brings a carefully selected collection of those records back within reach. 
Every track on this Anniversary album has remained unrepressed and unreissued since its original pressing run in the 1990s. This is the first opportunity in around three decades to own fresh copies of these sought-after cuts, brought together in one exceptional-value compilation. 
Founded in 1991, Suburban Base helped shape the sound of the underground as rave exploded and jungle emerged. Its records travelled from independent record shops to pirate radio, clubs and dance floors worldwide, becoming part of the musical identity of a generation. Thirty-five years on, that sound continues to connect with the people who lived it and new generations discovering it. This anniversary selection puts the music at the centre of that legacy. 
The four-piece vinyl set is built for DJs, with just two tracks cut per side. Across eight sides, the format gives each selection the space it deserves, delivering a collection made to be played, mixed and enjoyed.
